Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with one of our stocked products, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange it for another product. During this period, products must be returned prepaid in their original packaging and must be in good condition for resale. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service; Igo reserves the right to refuse any shipment unaccompanied by a return authorization. Igo inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credit when items are damaged, worn, or in poor condition for resale. Returns may be subject to restocking fees, according to the manufacturer’s return policy, as well as shipping or other fees. Orders for products affected by X-factor phenomena such as viral outbreaks and other extreme conditions cannot be returned once shipped and invoiced. For special order products, Igo cannot accept returns or provide refunds. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns of Covid-19-related products (masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant products, etc.).

Special Conditions:

The sale of certain single-use products banned under federal regulations or municipal regulations, already or soon to be in force, is final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be possible, except in the case of an error by Igo or product defects. The “final sale” status of these products will be mentioned at the time of order placement by our staff and will be indicated on our website or in the quotation. No returns are accepted for pandemic-related protection or disinfection products (gloves, masks, face shields, hand sanitizer, surface disinfectants, soap or antiseptic dispenser, protective screen, labels, and posters). At all times, the returned product must be in good condition and suitable for resale: intact security seal, unopened box, unused and unhandled product. The sale of special order or clearance products is final, with no possibility of return. No returns are possible for edible products after delivery unless an error on our part is reported within a maximum of 10 days from the purchase date. For the return of a defective product, details of the defect, photos, and the lot number will be required to complete a complaint form. Following the review of the file by our Quality Control team, in collaboration with the product supplier, we will issue a return number if the request is accepted. Otherwise, a team member will contact the customer. No product can be returned without a return number. A defective product can be returned within a maximum of 3 months from the purchase date. Igo inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credit if the conditions are not met. A return may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, as well as shipping or other fees. The customer is not allowed to make a deduction from an invoice payment until a credit note is issued. The processing time for a return can take up to 10 business days. Last updated: March 10, 2023


Request a quote for any delivery charges. We offer free pickup from our offices. Additional transportation fees apply, at the discretion of Igo, for urgent orders or those with special instructions and for deliveries outside the established delivery zone. Delivery errors and missing or damaged items must be reported to Igo on the business day following receipt of the shipment (damaged items must be accompanied by a signed receipt acknowledging the damage).
